SHIPPING POLICY

JUJBVV™ ships to the destinations and addresses available at checkout. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are displayed before payment where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, public holidays, address problems, local regulations, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Weekends and public holidays may not count as business days. Orders containing multiple items may be packed together or divided into separate shipments depending on stock location and fulfilment arrangements.

If items are dispatched separately, tracking information may be provided for each parcel when available.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number where required, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent by email or shown through order details. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, building reception, neighbours, and the carrier first. Contact JUJBVV™ if the issue remains unresolved.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other destination costs.

These charges are determined by the destination country, customs authority, or delivery carrier. They may not be included in the product price or shipping fee.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination fees.

Refusing to pay destination charges may result in delay, return, abandonment, or additional carrier costs. If a parcel is returned for this reason, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return, handling, or other unrecoverable costs where permitted by law.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please contact service@jujbvv.com if an order is delayed, damaged, missing, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly. Keep all packaging and take clear photographs where possible.
