RETURN & REFUND POLICY

JUJBVV™ wants customers to feel confident when ordering. Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

The return period begins on the date the order or the relevant final parcel is delivered.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Clean and in resalable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by included accessories, cables, manuals, labels, and other materials

Hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable after opening or use where applicable law permits this restriction. Personalised items, gift cards, final-sale products, clearance products, and expressly non-returnable items may be excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, contact service@jujbvv.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs if the item or packaging is damaged

JUJBVV™ will provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Do not send a return to the business address shown on this page unless our support team specifically confirms that address for your order.

Unauthorised, postage-due, collect, or incorrectly addressed returns may be delayed, refused, or disconnected from the original order.

The customer is responsible for safe packaging and proof of shipment unless JUJBVV™ confirms that the return results from our error, a carrier issue, or a verified product defect.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product was incorrect, defective, damaged, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, JUJBVV™ may offer a refund or another suitable remedy.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
